It doesn’t matter whether you are new to exercise or more advanced, our Fitness Camp will challenge you and ensure that you make great progress and have fun while you’re doing it! Taught by Certified Personal Trainers, our Fitness Camps include a warm up, stretching, cardio and resistance exercises that target all of your trouble spots by using weights, medicine balls, dumbbells, body weight exercises and more!
